R U L E S
1. Only players who already have characters in the game may apply for ministry spots.

2. One Ministry character per player.

3. Ministry characters can be corrupt or they can be for great justice.

4. We'll decide how many ministry members qualify, so if you see 4 apps, you can still submit your own.

5. Do NOT apply for these positions with a character who is not suited for the role. Also do not apply for these spots just to give another character a Ministry BFF. It's cool if they know them a bit, but please, no BFF's.

6. Mods may contact in terms of certain plots that need to be carried out.

7. Ministry characters are able to punish students for misbehaving. They can only takes points if they do anything evilish. For points taking, they have the same restrictions as TA's.

8. All other in game rules apply to these characters as well.

Background (AU!Canon; HP): Jizabel Disraeli was born in London, England, being the love child of a pureblood maid and the pureblood lord of the prestigious Hargreaves family, Alexis. He had two older sisters who vanished when he was younger. His mother knew Alexis was a dark wizard and fled in attempt to save her son, even dressing him up as a girl so they wouldn't be found. However, it wasn't long before the man found them and took Jizabel in. Being a weak child, the loving father gave his son new organs, kidneys and lungs, which were a perfect fit for him. Jizabel did not suspect his father of being anything but loving.

He was home-schooled and did not interact with other children, his only friend being a little lamb he named Snark. One day, Jizabel saw the staff slaughtering animals and he did not want to eat anything because that would be like killing living creatures. His father did not allow him to see Snark until one day when he promised he would if Jizabel ate what was prepared for him. Not suspecting anything wrong, the young boy agreed and eagerly ate the meal. Once he was finished, Alexis informed him that had been Snark and something in Jizabel snapped, even more so when being informed that he'd just been a substitute for his real son, Cain, and that the new organs in his body were those of his two sisters. Wandering through the halls, Jizabel ran into a muggle that Alexis had been experimenting on. The muggle assumed that Jizabel was evil and attempted to kill him. Jizabel killed the man before that and embraced the intestines spilling out of the man's stomach, surprised at how this warm and loving thing was inside dirty human bodies. He also found out that Alexis killed his mother. Jizabel has had her heart in a jar ever since.

After this, Jizabel grew to hate humans but still wanted the love of his father even though he knew he would never get it. Alexis didn't personally like mudbloods, preferring to keep everything pure. This being so much true that he had a son with his own sister; That son was Cain. Cain was a person he grew to hate without ever truly meeting him. Alexis later convinced Jizabel to not only become a Death Eater but a member of the Ministry of Magic. Since then, he has aided the Death Eaters in numerous attacks as well as helped the Ministry with many various experiments. Alexis was supposedly killed several years ago by his own son, Cain, but he is in fact alive and a member of the Death Eaters. When Jizabel was asked to go to Hogwarts, Alexis ordered him to go as it would be perfect for infiltrating the school. Jizabel was also told to behave himself and not kill anyone... for now, anyway.

What do they do at the Ministry?: Mostly research and experimentation for the Department of Mysteries. Jizabel is one of the Unspeakables.
