Derpy would still be a canon OC because there's not a great deal of information on her. Fleur-de-Lis would also be considered a canon OC, but unfortunately, DJ PON3/Vinyl Scratch doesn't have enough information/lines/screen time at this time to be considered a character or a canon OC.
