Hello there, mods! It's James. Not your James, the new James with the lisping douche. I have two questions for a potential character.

First: In order to justify a transfer, do we bring up the idea with the mods first to clear it, or just include it in the app and hope for the best?

Second: I'm trying to figure out if the character is a canon OC or just a canon character. She does have lines and the game does have a story, that story just... fails to go into the individual backgrounds of any of its characters.
