Hi there, we discussed this and we are going to say no on her being a golem. However, in the series there are half breeds of vampires and feel that could work well with her. Since Aigis goes through the development where she becomes less like a robot and more human, by being a half vampire, she could have potentially been raised by vampires and Hogwarts would expose her to a more human atmosphere.
